Kotter International is seeking a senior consultant for the EMEA region to drive client delivery, business development and operations in a largely remote setup. You’ll work with a lean team, shape how work gets done, and build scalable solutions with high autonomy.

The role requires 6+ years in business strategy consulting, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), fluency in English, and strong skills in data analysis, client materials and project planning. Travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in business strategy consulting or similar.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, Miro, and AI tools.
• Fluent English required; other languages helpful.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Lead BD strategy with Sales Ops and Marketing.
• Plan and deliver client events and meetings.
• Analyze client data to inform solution design.
