IESE Business School seeks a Customer Engagement Lead to evolve engagement with candidates, participants and Alumni across its channels. You will bridge business teams, data, and engagement platforms to deliver relevant, coordinated and measurable communications.

Role combines business partnering, marketing automation, and analytics, working with Marketing, Programs, Data & AI, and external partners to scale engagement across journeys and touchpoints.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, CRM or Digital Marketing.
• Translating business needs into functional solutions.
• Understanding customer journeys, segmentation and personalization.
• Analytical skills for KPIs and insights.
• Experience coordinating external providers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Define Customer Engagement strategy in partnership with Marketing and Programs.
• Lead customer journeys, segmentation and personalization across channels.
• Coordinate governance to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Use data to evaluate campaigns and define KPIs with actionable recommendations.
• Define requirements and coordinate external partners for platform operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engagement practices.
