W3Global in Madrid leads the delivery for large engagements with collaboration from services partners. The role governs governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials while aligning deliverables with customer goals and the Now Create methodology to promote long-term success.

The successful candidate will mentor teams, drive collaboration with Sales, partners, and customers, and steer complex engagements to achieve the customer’s desired results.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization.
• Experience implementing workflow or business transformation solutions.
• Ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Creative with comfort running projects independently.
• Experience leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery team throughout engagements, often with a services partner.
• Manage governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting and financials.
• Collaborate with Sales, partner, and customer to understand the engagement and value delivered.
• Align deliverables with customer goals and Now Create methodology.
