IESE Business School is seeking a proactive professional to assist the International Executive Programs Sales Team on a temporary contract. You will coordinate the commercial plan, support lead generation, and handle inquiries from candidates in person and by phone.

You will produce online promotional material, manage CRM lists, and support program directors with documents and presentations while ensuring accurate reporting on campaigns and benchmarking studies.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent is preferred; with experience in marketing, communications, and sales
• High computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
• Previous experience in Salesforce, Pardot, PeopleSoft will be highly appreciated
• Demonstrable experience in a sales support position, preferably in the education sector

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate implementation of the commercial Plan
• Execute events planning and delivery on the ground
• Prepare statistics and control metrics to assess the performance and return of the annual marketing plan
• Produce online promotional material according to the different promotional plans of every program (editing HTML, registration forms, webinars, and website)
• Produce documents and slides in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Coordinate meetings and sessions
• Respond to inquiries from candidates over the phone and in person
• Create email lists within the CRM based on segmentation criteria
• Support sales/program directors
