Allianz Technology is seeking a senior Customer Success/Engagement professional to connect Allianz OE stakeholders with our Data & Analytics platforms. You will translate business needs into actionable engagement strategies, ensuring operationally stable solutions and an exceptional customer experience across platforms.

You will partner with platform engineering, data product teams, and senior leaders to define roadmaps, drive adoption, and improve the customer journey while building scalable

Formación

• 6+ years in customer success or related roles.
• 3+ years designing or scaling customer engagement programs in tech/data analytics.
• Experience with customer success methodologies and frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with end-to-end Data Product Management including governance, quality and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and ability to engage technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic customer engagement initiatives across key accounts to drive satisfaction and long-term value.
• Serve as primary contact for OE stakeholders on Technology, Data & Analytics and AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable engagement strategies and deliver stable solutions and great customer experience.
• Develop and implement customer success frameworks, onboarding programs, health scoring, roadmaps and proactive outreach.
• Analyze customer data to surface trends, risks and opportunities to improve the journey and platforms.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders to define engagement strategy and present regular business reviews.
• Work with Data Platform and Global Data Product teams to refine offerings.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster customer-centricity.
