IESE Business School seeks a Custom Program Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of customized executive education programs. You will collaborate with program managers, faculty, clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and a superior participant experience.

Key duties include coordinating logistics, registrations, communications and documentation from prep through post-program follow-up, while maintaining high quality and operational standards in an international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, event management or customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• A proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the operational planning and delivery of customized executive education programs from preparation through post-program follow-up.
• Manage participant registration, communications and program documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, including classrooms, technology, learning materials, catering and other operational requirements.
• Support faculty and clients throughout the program, ensuring all operational needs are anticipated and addressed.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, IT, Learning Innovation and other support functions, to ensure smooth program execution.
• Monitor program delivery, proactively resolve operational issues and ensure the highest standards of quality and service.
• Maintain accurate program information and support administrative processes related to program delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, participant experience and operational excellence.
