Responsabilidades

  • Manage Undergraduate Professional Clubs and Tech & Innovation Clubs; meet weekly with boards to review workshops and programs.
  • Plan and coordinate club initiatives to boost student integration, prestige and learning outside class.
  • Collaborate with Campus Life team to improve the Student Journey and engagement touchpoints.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students and internal teams.
  • Liaise with contractors and external stakeholders for service delivery.
  • Design and facilitate student club focus groups and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate international trips for Debate Club delegations and events abroad.
  • Maintain knowledge of Campus Life policies and procedures.
  • Support flagship events like IE Model United Nations and TechIE Conference.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Your role as a IE Campus Life Coordinator will involve
Campus Life Operations and Engagement
  • Reporting to the Executive Director of Campus Life (and thereby the Vice Rector for Education & Student Experience)
  • Manage the Undergraduate Professional Clubs and Tech & Innovation Clubs. These 2 categories comprise of about 40 student club boards. This will involve meeting with the respective board members, often on a weekly basis, to review their workshops, programs, and community-building initiatives.
  • Validate, plan, coordinate, and implement club initiatives aimed at increasing student integration, university prestige, and academic learning experiences beyond the classroom.
  • Collaborate with the broader Campus Life team to continuously evaluate and improve the Student Journey by identifying key engagement touchpoints and opportunities for targeted support.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to students and internal institutional teams.
  • Liaise effectively with contractors and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as one of the key Campus Life representatives at the IE Tower, contributing to daily operations and student engagement initiatives on campus.
  • Design and facilitate student club focus groups & feedback collection initiatives to assess student needs and improve programming.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues or inefficiencies in student-facing services and operations, especially with respect to your club categories.
  • Manage all international trips for delegations of IE students representing the Debate Club abroad in competitions around the world
  • Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Campus Life policies, procedures, and engagement opportunities.
  • Offer occasional weekend and outside standard working hours availability for key campus-wide events and community activities. These will include your flagship events like IE Model United Nations Conference and the TechIE conference, which happen on an annual basis.
  • Serve as a liaison to management regarding concerns related to Campus Life services, communications, or student engagement trends.
Data Tracking, Reporting, and Assessment
  • Track and analyze student participation and engagement metrics across Campus Life initiatives, events, clubs, workshops, and programs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and engagement summaries to support strategic decision making and resource allocation, especially for the Professional category.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student engagement, event attendance, retention, satisfaction, and sense of belonging.
  • Support data collection and reporting processes using institutional systems such as Dynamics and other reporting platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to student participation, budgets, engagement initiatives, and program outcomes.
  • Generate regular analytical reports and presentations for leadership regarding engagement trends, program effectiveness, and operational insights.
  • Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for Campus Life initiatives and Club allocations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with institutional teams to align engagement metrics with broader university objectives and student success indicators.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to recommend improvements, optimize programming, and identify emerging student needs.
  • Contribute to the development of assessment frameworks and post-event evaluation processes to measure impact and ROI of Campus Life initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest or experience in data tracking, reporting, metrics, or assessment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with strong project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
  • Experience working with diverse international communities and cultures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards, CRM systems, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Motivation to engage regularly with university staff and students.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and maintain schedule flexibility when needed.
