Allianz Technology is seeking a senior Customer Success/Engagement lead to drive strategic initiatives with key accounts. You will be the trusted advisor on technology, data analytics, and AI, translating business needs into actionable engagement plans and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will collaborate with platform and product teams to evolve offerings, analyse insights, and present executive-level reviews.

Formación

• 6+ years in customer success, engagement, or related roles.
• 3+ years designing customer engagement programs in tech/AI/data analytics.
• Experience with customer success frameworks and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with end-to-end data product management and governance.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into action.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic customer engagement initiatives across key accounts.
• Be primary contact for OE stakeholders on Technology, Data Analytics, and AI.
• Translate business requirements into actionable engagement strategies.
• Develop and implement customer success frameworks and roadmaps.
• Analyse customer data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Present regular business reviews with key metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Platform teams to refine offerings.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
