Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public to drive strategic customer engagement and cloud adoption across international accounts. The role combines technical stewardship with business development and requires strong communication across diverse teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep cloud knowledge (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), experience with AWS/Azure/Google, and fluency in German and English, plus willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop the existing business of assigned T Cloud Public customers to increase value and sales.
• Advise customers on initial cloud adoption and ongoing optimization of cloud usage.
• Actively participate in the respective vertical squad of the T Cloud Public.
• Prevent churn through proactive analysis and management of T Cloud Public customers.
• Support the ongoing optimization and development of customer success management.
• Support customer-oriented service excellence culture across T Cloud Public.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and participate in planning and forecasting processes.
• Translate customer requirements to the impedance and demand process.
• Support further development of cloud handling support.
