T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to take technical ownership and lead the T Cloud Public customer journey from onboarding to optimization. You will influence strategy, drive upsell opportunities, and maintain high customer satisfaction across international engagements.

The role requires deep cloud expertise, strong business development acumen, and fluent German and English communication.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent training.
• Extensive cloud and IT architecture knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience in sales and business development.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent German and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Strategically develop existing T Cloud Public customers to increase value and sales.
• Advise customers on initial use and optimization of T Cloud Public.
• Participate in vertical squad and prevent churn.
• Support ongoing optimization of customer success management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to service excellence.
• Translate customer requirements to internal processes and demand.
• Assist planning and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with international teams on cloud initiatives.
