Teledyne FLIR seeks a Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager for Integrated Mission Systems to drive European growth for high-value solutions in defense, border surveillance, and C-UAS.

You will shape requirements, engage major customers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored camera, radar, and software offerings. The role demands a proven track record in defense BD, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of European procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Proven BD or sales in defense/ground-based National Security.
• Experience with border surveillance or C-UAS solutions.
• Understanding of European government procurement processes.
• Ability to lead large, cross-functional pursuit teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and increase market share for Integrated Mission Systems in Europe.
• Engage with government entities including defense ministries and border agencies to understand needs.
• Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and partners to ensure competitive solutions.
• Lead pursuits from initial engagement through to contract award and handover to program teams.
• Head large program captures with cross-functional support.
• Meet and exceed defined sales and BD targets, both short-term and long-term.
