SATLANTIS, based in Leioa (Bizkaia, Spain), seeks a Business Development and Sales Manager Europe to drive growth across Europe. You will report to the Director of European Business and bridge technical excellence with market opportunities, building long-term partnerships with clients and institutions.

Your mission includes leading proposals, market analysis, and the development of a comprehensive business plan to achieve revenue and footprint targets, while collaborating with cross-functional

Formación

• Master's degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of direct sales or account management in Spain and Europe.
• Experience with space activities and European/institutional programs (ESA/EC).
• Knowledge of dual-use and defence-related programs and related ecosystems.
• Go-to-market experience in B2B/B2G environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare effective proposals and presentations for business development opportunities.
• Analyse regional markets to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Participate in defining and implementing a comprehensive business plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to co-create solutions and drive product innovation.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships across Europe with CRM alignment.
