Destinus is seeking a high-energy Sales Engineer to join our expanding UAV team in Madrid. You will bridge groundbreaking unmanned aircraft technology with mission-critical operations, translating complex systems into measurable customer value and driving adoption across global markets.

As technical lead for pre-sales and tender activities, you will coordinate with sales, engineering, and product management, develop technical proposals, demonstrations, and bid responses, and support negotiations

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering specific to aerospace or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales engineering or technical business development experience.
• Strong understanding of UAV subsystems and defense procurement cycles.
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and align their requirements with UAV capabilities.
• Support the sales process from lead generation through contract award, including demonstrations and proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, R&D, and product management to tailor solutions.
• Create and maintain technical sales documentation and proposals.
• Assist pre-sales activities (RFI/RFQ/contracts submissions).
• Provide full technical support for tenders and bids.
• Evaluate requirements and coordinate with partners and sub-suppliers.
• Participate in negotiations as a technical SME.
