Indra Group in Spain is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across space, defense, aerospace, and satellite communications sectors. You will identify opportunities, coordinate bids, and manage programs with multidisciplinary teams.

You will build relationships with institutional customers, public administrations, and space agencies, shaping BD strategies aligned with market needs, while leading bid activities and coordinating stakeholders, including consortium partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, opportunity capture, bid management, or program management within space/defense/aerospace/security/satellite communications sectors.
• Functional understanding of SST, SSA, SDA, STM, Space Security, ground segment systems, radar and optical sensors, orbital cataloguing, and space operations.
• Experience coordinating with institutional customers, public administrations, defense organizations, or space agencies.
• Proven experience coordinating bid teams and managing technical, commercial, financial, and contractual contributions.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and capture national and international business opportunities in SST, SSA, SDA, STM, and Space Security.
• Coordinate complex proposals involving technical, commercial, financial, and contractual contributions from multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional customers, public administrations, defense organizations, and space agencies.
• Support the definition and execution of business development strategies aligned with market needs and company objectives.
• Lead bid activities and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including consortium partners.
