Kenes Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in professional congress organization, association management, or related event services. You will cultivate and sustain client relationships and oversee the core account team including the Project Manager and Program Manager.

The role requires strategic thinking, budget oversight for large campaigns, and exceptional English communication. Regular travel to client sites and events is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (native or near-native).
• Experience in the events/conferences industries.
• Strategic thinker with a consultative approach and strong client orientation.
• Proven experience in managing large budgets (over €1 million).

• Develop long-term relationships with Kenes clients, contributing to growth and promotion of their businesses.
• Partner with clients, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations for achieving goals and successful execution.
• Directly manage and develop team members and their satisfaction.
• Lead and empower the team through development strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and present practical solutions to improve outcomes.
• Oversee congress budgets and ensure delivery quality of work.
