Lighthouse seeks an Account Executive for Eastern Europe to own the full sales cycle with independent hotels, from prospecting to close. This hunter role carries a quota, builds its own pipeline, and is measured by results.

You will sell AI-driven tools for pricing, channel, reservations, and booking to help independents boost revenue; you'll work with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents and partner with Product to shape the Indies business.

Formación

• 1+ years in a closing sales role, SaaS experience is a must.
• Fluent in English and an Eastern European language (Czech, Hungarian, Polish, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for independent hotels.
• This is a hunter role with a quota and an own pipeline to manage.
• Sell a comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools to streamline pricing, channel, and reservation management.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents while aligning with Product for Indies growth.
