Lighthouse is seeking a high-energy sales professional to own the full sales cycle for independent hotels, selling AI-driven tools that streamline pricing and reservations. You will build a robust pipeline, prospect actively, and close deals with a hunter mindset.

Join a global Revenue team and leverage MEDDPICC, AI-enabled enablement, and a modern revenue stack to drive 21st century growth for Lighthouse Indy across markets.

Formación

• 1+ years in a closing sales role with SaaS experience.
• Fluent in English and a local language (Czech, Hungarian, Polish, etc.).
• Self-directed, coachable, and growth-oriented.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close as a hunter.
• Source and qualify a robust pipeline with outbound and events.
• Execute MEDDPICC-based qualification and drive deals through gates.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance discovery and closing.
• Develop deep knowledge of the independent hotel market and Lighthouse Indy.
• Meet and exceed targets and identify expansion opportunities.
