Lighthouse is seeking a high-energy salesperson to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a remote, international role. You will leverage an advanced AI-enabled revenue stack and a MEDDPICC framework to drive high-quality deals and build a robust pipeline across global hotel clients.

You are a self-starter with 2–5 years of closing SaaS experience, fluent in English and German, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with a strong focus on value selling.

Formación

• 2–5 years in a closing SaaS sales role.
• Excellent English and native German language skills.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build your own pipeline and manage your territory with 3x pipeline coverage.
• Advance deals using MEDDPICC and AI-enabled tools for discovery and qualification.
• Forecast accurately and exceed sales targets.
