Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of complex hotel tech accounts. You will partner with Account Executives to drive adoption, retention, and growth, translating technical capabilities into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Senior TAM with strong technical and commercial judgment.
• Experience managing complex, high-value hotel tech accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Lighthouse product suite and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship across a portfolio of complex managed accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives on strategy, renewal, and expansion.
• Provide technical insights to support renewals and commercial discussions.
• Lead adoption reviews, best-practice sessions, and value realization.
