🚀 Sales Support Analyst (PowerBI & SQL Specialist)

📍 Madrid (Coslada) | Full-time | Hybrid role

We’re looking for a Sales Support Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and hands‑on experience in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to support and optimise sales performance across the business.

💡 What You’ll Do

As part of the sales operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting data‑driven decision‑making. Your day‑to‑day will involve :

• 📊 Analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
• 🧾 Building and maintaining reports and dashboards in PowerBI and Excel.
• 🧠 Managing CRM data (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• ⚙️ Streamlining sales processes and improving efficiency through automation and analysis.
• 🤝 Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
• 💬 Assisting with customer inquiries and providing analytical support to the sales function.
• 🧩 Developing training materials and documentation for sales tools and workflows.
• 🔍 Conducting market research to support competitive positioning and sales strategy.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in :
• PowerBI (or other BI tools)
• Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Microsoft SQL Server or Access.
• Bonus points for :
• Python, R, or similar analytical programming skills.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power Automate, or RPA tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management.
• Previous experience in sales support, analytics, or operations.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred.
