Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer based in Madrid to drive sales in the Spanish Air & Space market. You will build lasting relationships with government and industrial customers, align business targets with company strategy, and coordinate cross-functional resources to close opportunities.

The role requires a master or bachelor’s in electronics/engineering, 5+ years in aerospace & defense sales, tender experience, and fluent English.

Formación

5+ years of sales or business development in the Spanish Aerospace & Defense sector.
Experience with public tendering and bidding processes.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Entrepreneurial mindset with customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

Maintain and create sustainable relationships with Air & Space defense customers to meet annual targets.
Develop new opportunities in Air and Space domains within the defense ecosystem.
Consult with customers to address technical and business requirements with Rohde & Schwarz solutions/services.
Close sales opportunities through collaboration with internal and external resources.
Establish agreements with distributors, partners and system integrators.
Plan and execute account development initiatives to generate demand.
Follow tenders and prepare Sales Quotations with HQ.
Align sales strategies with company objectives and roadmap.
Update CRM with opportunities and progress.
