Rohde & Schwarz in Madrid seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to support the Spanish Sales Team in sales operations. The role bridges Account Managers, Sales Engineers and the Service center, ensuring smooth customer management and timely quotations.

The candidate should have a background in Telecommunication/Electronics, proven sales ops experience, and solid RF testing knowledge, with fluency in English and native Spanish. The position offers opportunities for remote work and professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven sales operations experience.
• Technical knowledge of RF signal testing.
• Fluent in English; Spanish native.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Spanish Sales Team in sales operations tasks to optimize customer management.
• Bridge between Account Managers/Sales Engineers and the Service center.
• Prepare and submit on-demand service quotations to customers.
• Create and manage new material through ticket management process.
• Support lead generation initiatives and obsolescence management.
• Maintain customer database in the Company CRM and analyze sales metrics.
