Rohde & Schwarz in Madrid is seeking a Product/Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bidding for EU A&D system solutions. You will coordinate between EU sales teams, global T&M centers, and Munich HQ to craft competitive, compliant proposals.

The role requires 3–5 years in bid management or sales ops, strong RF knowledge, and fluent English with Spanish for daily operations. Occasional remote work is possible as part of a hybrid setup.

Formación

• Engineering degree required (Bachelor or Master).
• 3–5 years experience in bid management or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of RF technologies preferable.
• Ability to work across time zones in international teams.
• Fluent English; Spanish mandatory for daily communication; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Global interface between EU local Sales Teams and T&M solution centers based in Spain, US and India.
• EU Sales Support: primary contact for EU local sales teams for the A&D system solution catalog and price requests.
• Bid Management: own end-to-end proposal process with local sales, global centers and HQ in Munich.
• Analyze tender requirements and manage the tender process end-to-end.
• Coordinate bid communications with stakeholders (local sales, 3rd parties, HQ departments, customers).
• Interface with T&M centers to define the most suitable technical solution.
• Prepare and submit compliant proposals to local Sales based on architects' designs.
• Support local Sales in price negotiations with Customer.
• Assess and minimize project risks with the Project Manager.
• Maintain A&D catalog in SAP; coordinate with global centers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align sales collaterals.
