Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Russian-speaking Player Support Specialist for Gaming Accounts in Sofia. You will deliver technical and gameplay assistance, handle inquiries via multiple channels, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of games and security protocols to help players quickly and accurately.

The role offers full relocation support, a competitive salary, and ongoing training in a dynamic Gaming & Esports environment.

Formación

• Native or fluent Russian (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer support, preferably gaming/esports.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and gameplay assistance to users in Gaming & Esports.
• Manage player inquiries via live chat, email, and ticketing systems with focus on high resolution rates.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, platform updates, and security protocols to assist players effectively.
• Escalate critical gameplay issues and server-side bugs to development teams.
