You will provide high-quality game community support via chat, email, and tickets, while troubleshooting account and payment issues and representing top clients in the Gaming & Esports space.

The role requires native-level Italian and English, a passion for gaming, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A fully paid relocation package to Bulgaria is included.

Formación

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport required.
• Passionate interest in Gaming & Esports industry.
• Strong problem-solving with a technical mindset.
• Excellent communication in English and Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality support to gaming community members via live chat, email, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account access, payment methods, and in-game performance.
• Act as a brand ambassador for high-profile clients within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Maintain knowledge of game mechanics, updates, and community trends to assist players effectively.
• Gather player feedback to improve the gaming experience for the Italian-speaking market.
• Ensure SLAs are met while maintaining premium customer care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex bugs to development.
