Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will assist players via chat, email, and social channels, resolving in-game issues and payment questions while delivering an exceptional customer experience in Italian.

The role requires native or fluent Italian, EU passport, and willingness to relocate to Sofia. We offer fully paid relocation, training, health insurance, a monthly salary, and a monthly performance bonus.

Formación

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional, problem‑solving mindset.
• Previous experience in customer support or the gaming industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for the role.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world‑class technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social channels.
• Ensure an immersive, positive customer experience aligned with Gaming & Esports standards.
• Troubleshoot in‑game issues, payment queries, and account security for Italian users.
• Act as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of game mechanics and updates.
• Escalate critical bugs to development teams to ensure seamless gameplay.
• Contribute to improving support protocols within Gaming & Esports vertical.
• Drive player satisfaction by delivering prompt, empathetic, expert Italian support.
