Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech-speaking Player Support Specialist for a premier Gaming & Esports client in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle technical and account inquiries via chat, email and social channels, delivering high-quality assistance and representing the brand.

The role involves troubleshooting, CRM documentation, and ongoing product training. Fluency in Czech and a valid EU passport are required, with a fully paid relocation and potential bonuses offered.

Formación

• Czech fluency (spoken and written).
• EU passport or eligibility to work in EU is required.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Customer service or community management experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social channels.
• Represent the Gaming & Esports brand with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Troubleshoot in-game issues, payment queries, and account security for Czech-speaking users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to feedback player trends and pain points.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and participate in product training.
