Teleperformance Spain is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new business for Google Cloud across EMEA, based in Barcelona in a hybrid role.

You will conduct outbound calls, qualify customer needs, document insights in Salesforce, and guide prospects toward the appropriate sales path.

Requires a BA/BS or equivalent with at least 14 months of experience, Russian (C2) and English (C1) fluency, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or relevant certification with 14 months practical experience.
• Russian language skills at C2 and English at C1 level (written and spoken).
• Experience in outbound sales and CRM-based prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and achieve activity targets.
• Identify high-potential prospects and educate them on Cloud offerings.
• Conduct daily outbound calls/emails to C-level decision makers.
• Gather requirements and align needs with cloud solutions.
• Document notes and deals in Salesforce for clarity.
• Work towards team and individual KPIs in a target-driven environment.
