Job summary

Deliverect is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize GTM teams and drive scalable growth. You will own quarterly RevOps projects, deliver dashboards, and improve processes across Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding, with a focus on data quality and CRM integrity using HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Business Ops, or GTM support in a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred; CRM admin certification a plus.
• Curious, proactive, autonomous; can handle ambiguous requirements and balance quick fixes with long-term solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver quarterly RevOps projects, including reporting improvements, process optimization, and tool enhancements.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to GTM teams, troubleshooting CRM and system issues via the ticketing system.
• Develop and maintain CRM dashboards, including pipeline forecasting, and use data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify GTM process improvements and implement scalable solutions balancing speed and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Finance, People) and external vendors on priorities and solutions.
• Drive data quality improvements across contact data and ensure data cleanliness and compliance.
