Amenitiz is seeking an experienced RevOps Engineer to own the revenue engine end-to-end, from data pipelines to CRM architecture and revenue analytics. You will build scalable Python-based lead generation, scraping data, and data pipelines feeding sales with qualified prospects across markets.

You will define and monitor a company-wide revenue performance framework, cohort retention, and automation to improve funnel efficiency. Strong cross-geography experience is valued.

Formación

• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or RevOps roles in SaaS.
• Proficient Python development, testing and data pipelines.
• Strong SQL, version control (Git/GitHub), and data delivery processes.
• HubSpot expert with workflows, custom objects and API integrations.
• API literacy and understanding of system integrations.
• Knowledge of subscription metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR.
• Experience across geographies or market segments.
• Fluent English and another language (French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese).

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve Lead Generation codebase with Python; refactor for scale.
• Collect and aggregate prospect data via scraping, scripting and data purchases.
• Ensure data accuracy, security and accessibility across markets.
• Define and maintain revenue performance scorecard (CAC, NRR, LTV/CAC, ACV).
• Build cohort-based retention tracking over 3-, 6-, 12-month periods.
• Design automation and CRM architecture in HubSpot; manage API integrations.
• Document playbooks and drive adoption across teams.
