Pleo is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to join our CX Operations team in Madrid. You will drive operational excellence, manage CRM systems, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable retention strategies for a SaaS business.

You’ll work with HubSpot/Salesforce, Looker, Vitally, and Power BI, partnering with CX, Sales, and GTM. Strong analytical skills and 3+ years in a similar role are required, with remote/hybrid work options available.

Formación

• 3+ years in CX/GTM Ops or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and CS tools.
• Proficiency building BI dashboards in Looker/Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Nice‑to‑have: SQL/Python and workflow automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards to track customer health and lifecycle metrics.
• Administer CRM platforms and configure data objects, fields, and access.
• Analyze churn risk signals and support proactive retention interventions.
• Map and optimize post‑sales and CX workflows across platforms.
• Collaborate with CX leadership, Sales Ops, and GTM teams on audits and automations.
