Job summary

Improvado, a marketing data platform, seeks a RevOps lead to own Salesforce configuration, ARR logic, and revenue analytics. You will work with AI agents, ensure clean CRM data, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Product to drive accurate forecasting and invoicing.

You will implement guardrails, automate checks, and build leadership dashboards while maintaining data quality and ownership across the GTM stack.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM in B2B SaaS with live Salesforce admin.
• Strong SQL and comfort with a modeled data warehouse and data lineage.
• dbt is a plus; knowledge of billing, CPQ or invoicing integration is helpful.
• Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, ARR, churn, renewals.
• Experience aligning contracts, invoicing and collections with CRM.
• Proven ability to ship AI agent-powered improvements used by others.
• Fluent English with clear written updates; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, user access and related integrations.
• Own ARR and bookings logic across contract to cash; ensure data consistency.
• Lead revenue analytics packs, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage.
• Use AI agents for queries and automation; verify outputs and measure impact.
• Be the single RevOps contact across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product.
