Job summary

Amenitiz is seeking a CRM Architect to own the HubSpot-driven CRM stack across Sales, Customer Success, and GTM. You will design the data model, governance, API integrations, and AI-powered workflows to scale four markets and reduce manual work.

You will lead lead scoring and routing, ensure data accuracy, and partner with Sales, CS, and Data to optimize funnel performance. Strong HubSpot expertise and API skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM Administration, RevOps, or Marketing Ops in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• HubSpot expert with hands-on experience architecting workflows, objects, automations and API integrations.
• Strong API literacy and ability to read API docs and design integration flows.
• Experience with automation platforms (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, Workato) and basic scripting (Python).
• SQL proficiency for reporting and data troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with subscription metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR) for metrics-aware automation.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot: lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules and scalability.
• Manage API integrations that connect HubSpot to the GTM stack with clean data flow.
• Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across four markets; keep CRM as single source of truth.
• Design and implement automation, including AI-powered workflows, to reduce manual work.
• Build lead scoring and routing logic for SDRs and AEs to focus on high-probability prospects.
• Monitor and debug automations to ensure revenue-critical processes stay reliable at scale.
• Document playbooks and drive adoption across Sales, CS, and Data teams.
• Create lightweight dashboards on CRM data quality and automation performance.
