Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Commercial Process Manager to define and standardise commercial processes, data structures and GTM systems across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You will translate business needs into functional designs, collaborate with Technology and delivery partners, and support data migration, testing, and rollout of new processes. On-site in Madrid, the role requires strong stakeholder management and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analysis, CRM transformation or sales technology.
• Experience designing commercial processes and data structures in a multi-business environment.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional designs for Tech teams.
• Experience working with distributed stakeholders and external delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state commercial processes, data and systems across divisions.
• Define and standardise target-state processes and essential commercial data structures.
• Clarify systems of record, data ownership, handoffs and business rules.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and documentation.
• Facilitate process design and decision-making across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technology and partners.
