Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in Madrid is seeking a Sales Strategy Analyst to support the Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations functions, helping drive commercial effectiveness and data-driven decision making.

The role will develop dashboards and reports, monitor pipeline and forecasting, assist in sales compensation analysis, and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure data integrity and strong operating rhythms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or related analytical role.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for business stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion rates, bookings performance, and forecast trends.
• Support compensation calculations, plan validation, and payout reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure data integrity and effective go-to-market processes.
