Job summary

Meller is seeking an energetic IT Support (Junior/mid) to drive the technical launch of our rapidly expanding retail stores across Europe. You will lead on-site tech setup for new international openings and provide daily support across stores.

You will travel bi-monthly to configure systems, support RFID and stock-control initiatives, and train Store Managers on essential tools and processes. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Italian or Portuguese is valued.

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of technical support experience, ideally in retail or multi-site environments, with a background in IT, systems, or telecommunications.
Solid basic knowledge of networks and hardware.
Bonus for experience in Shopify POS, IP cameras, or prior store openings.
Fluency in Spanish and English, with Italian or Portuguese highly valued.

Responsibilities

Provide daily technical support for store operations, including POS/Shopify POS, hardware, networks, printers, and devices.
Travel bi-monthly to configure and deploy technology for new store openings, setting up connectivity, cameras, and POS systems.
Support the rollout of Project Tango, including store laptops, Live View camera setups, and Store Manager checklists.
Act as the bridge between IT and Store Managers, training them on essential tools and technical processes.
Document standard store setups and recurring issues while supporting future in-store tech projects like RFID and stock control.
