Qualifications
- German and English fluency.
- Strong interest in IT and technology.
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including occasional weekends.
- Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support to retail stores across Europe.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications and incidents.
- Support retail store systems and POS environments.
- Handle service requests and incidents following ITIL guidelines.
- Document solutions and ensure accurate ticket handling.
- Guide users towards self-service solutions.
- Act as an advocate for users and their technical needs.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the global IT Service Desk.
