Job summary

Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking a French & Italian-speaking IT Support Specialist in Málaga to provide remote support for retail stores across Europe. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support POS environments and handle ITIL-based service requests in a multi‑lingual team.

You’ll be based in Málaga with two days per week remote work, onboarding and ongoing development in a multicultural IT hub serving over 2,000 fashion stores.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Italian, and English.
• Interest in IT and technology.
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote IT support to retail stores across Europe.

What will you do?
