Job summary

Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking a French & Italian-speaking IT Support Specialist in Málaga to provide remote support for retail stores across Europe. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support POS environments and handle ITIL-based service requests in a multi‑lingual team.

You’ll be based in Málaga with two days per week remote work, onboarding and ongoing development in a multicultural IT hub serving over 2,000 fashion stores.

Qualifications

Fluent in French, Italian, and English.
Interest in IT and technology.
Basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
Understanding of basic networking concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide remote IT support to retail stores across Europe.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications and incidents.
Support retail store systems and POS environments.
Handle service requests and incidents following ITIL guidelines.
Document solutions and ensure accurate ticket handling.
Guide users towards self-service solutions.
Act as an advocate for users and their technical needs.
Contribute ideas to continuously improve the global IT Service Desk.
