Job summary

Meller in Barcelona is seeking an IT Support (Junior/mid) to be the go-to technical backbone of our fast-growing office. You will resolve daily issues for office users, manage accounts, devices, and access, and support Google Workspace and Shopify back-office tasks.

We value a service-oriented, highly organized professional with 2–3 years of relevant experience, fluent Spanish and strong English, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technical support or helpdesk roles
• Experience with macOS/Windows and cloud tools
• Spanish fluency and good English

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily technical issues for office users

Are you passionate about fashion and excited to join our Barcelona headquarters to be the go-to technical backbone of our fast-growing office team? We're seeking an energetic IT Support (Junior/mid) – Office & Systems with an innovative mindset and a passion for providing seamless first-line technical support and driving internal system projects.

Your role

• Resolve daily technical issues for office users, managing equipment, accounts, accesses, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Manage Google Workspace operations, including user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, Drive, and email administration.
• Provide functional support for Shopify, handling back-office tasks, order/product incidents, and basic configurations.
• Oversee hardware inventory and manage the technical onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
• Document internal processes, enrich our knowledge base, and collaborate on system projects and automation initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles, backed by an IT, systems, or equivalent educational background.
• Proficiency in macOS/Windows and cloud tools, with a strong bonus for experience in Google Workspace Admin, Shopify, Zapier, Apps Script, AI, or basic scripting.
• A service-oriented, highly organized professional with an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and a solid level of English.
