Job summary

Meller in Barcelona is seeking an IT Support (Junior/mid) to be the go-to technical backbone of our fast-growing office. You will resolve daily issues for office users, manage accounts, devices, and access, and support Google Workspace and Shopify back-office tasks.

We value a service-oriented, highly organized professional with 2–3 years of relevant experience, fluent Spanish and strong English, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technical support or helpdesk roles
• Experience with macOS/Windows and cloud tools
• Spanish fluency and good English

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily technical issues for office users
• Manage Google Workspace operations (onboarding/offboarding, permissions, Drive, mail)
• Provide Shopify back-office support and basic configurations
• Oversee hardware inventory and onboarding/offboarding
• Document processes and contribute to system projects and automation
