Job summary

Clarios is looking for a Retail Network Support Manager to manage and develop assigned customer accounts, driving sales, profitability and growth. You will be the primary contact for retail stores, ensuring excellent commercial support, executing business plans, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in sales, account management, retail or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in Spain is required.
• Ability to translate market insights into action plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact and trusted advisor for store managers and teams.
• Drive sales and operational excellence across retail network.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Category Management.
• Develop account-specific action plans to increase market share and product penetration.
• Organize workshops or coaching sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
