Clarios, LLC is seeking a Retail Network Support Manager based in Madrid, Spain. You will act as the main contact for store managers, driving excellent customer service, and supporting store operations and training.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Category Management to optimize field services and drive sales growth. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication in a diverse international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales, account management, retail, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working in Spain.
• Ability to translate market, customer and field insights into action plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Provide hands-on support for store operations, merchandising, and staff training.
