Jet2holidays Lanzarote Destination Management team seeks a temporary substitute to deliver outstanding local customer service and resolve queries using our in-house systems on a tablet. You’ll work closely with hotel teams and suppliers, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.

The role offers full training, an opportunity to learn across Jet2.com & Jet2holidays, and a roster with monthly planning. You’ll be part of a lively team in Lanzarote, with benefits like paid training and staff

Formación

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Must be solution oriented, friendly & positive, confident using digital systems on a tablet.

Responsabilidades

• Create Memories: provide award-winning customer service through scheduled hotel visits and virtual interactions using internal systems on a tablet.
• Take Responsibility: support customers during disruptions or escalations with calm, confident assistance.
• Be Present: represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call and messaging.
• Work as One Team: on busy flight days assist the Airport team to ensure smooth journeys.
