Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Resort Representative for a temporary substitute role in Spain. You will work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP customer service and create memorable holiday experiences for our guests.

You will engage with hotel visits, virtual interactions, and on-site support, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures while representing Jet2holidays. Training is provided and a dedicated team supports your growth.

Formación

• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential.
• Must be solution oriented, friendly and positive, confident and comfortable using digital systems on a tablet.

Responsabilidades

• Create memories through scheduled hotel visits and virtual interactions via internal systems.
• Support customers during disruptions, emergencies, or escalations in resort.
• Assist with arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth start and end to the journey.
• Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call & messaging while delivering friendly support.
• Collaborate with the Airport team during busy flight days.
