Jet2.com Limited is seeking an Airport Representative in Lanzarote to welcome customers at arrivals and departures and to resolve queries using in-house digital systems. You will act as a single point of contact for disruptions, deliver essential information, and work with partners to ensure a premium experience for all travellers.

• Customer service experience preferred
• Solution oriented, confident and friendly
• Comfortable using digital systems on a tablet

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and guide them through their airport journey
• Act as a point of contact during disruptions and escalations
• Represent Jet2holidays in arrivals and departures, providing transfer and holiday information
• Work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP customer service
• Create a memorable customer experience by communicating clearly and helpfully
