Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is looking for a passionate team member in Ibiza to create unforgettable holiday experiences. Your role includes delivering excellent customer service, supporting customers in various situations, and working closely with our team.

You will receive fully paid training, exclusive discounts, and career growth opportunities. A motorized vehicle and right to work documents for Spain are required. Join us in making memorable holidays for our customers!

Formación

• Full right to work documents for Spain (DNI / NIE / TIE).
• Driver with access to own motorised vehicle and appropriate insurance.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver VIP industry leading customer service.
• Recommend tailored experiences and attractions.
• Support customers during disruptions and emergencies.
• Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits.
• Assist Airport team on busy flight days.

As a valued member of our Jet2holidays Ibiza Resort team, you’ll play a key role in creating memories & unforgettable holiday experiences for our customers. Your local knowledge and passion for customer service will be memorable. You will work as one team with our internal & external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver VIP industry leading customer service by creating memories through scheduled hotel visits and virtual interactions via our internal systems on a tablet device.
• Recommend tailored experiences and attractions that match customers' interests.
• Support customers during disruptions, emergencies, or escalations in resort, providing calm, confident assistance when it matters most.
• Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call & messaging, delivering friendly and efficient support.
• Work as one team by supporting our Airport team on busy flight days to ensure a smooth start and end to customers’ journeys.

Requirements

• Right to work documents: full right to work documents for Spain (DNI / NIE / TIE).
• Travel & accommodation: driver with access to your own motorised vehicle with appropriate insurance; operational travel expenses reimbursed; must be living in Ibiza.
• Flexibility: roster 4 weeks in advance; roster may include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working; required to support during flight disruption, serious emergencies, and customer escalations.
• Skills & experience: customer service experience is a plus but not essential; solution orientated, friendly & positive; confident and comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device.
