Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Resort Representative in Ibiza, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests. You will engage with customers, assist during any disruptions, and support other functions like the Airport team during peak times.

Candidates should have the right to work in Spain, possess their own vehicle, and be ready for dynamic shift patterns including weekends. This role offers opportunities for training and career growth within the company.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to use digital systems efficiently on a tablet device.
• Must hold right to work documents for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver VIP customer service through hotel visits and virtual interactions.
• Assist customers during disruptions or emergencies in resort.
• Support the Airport team on busy flight days.
