Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is hiring an Airport Representative in Lanzarote, Arrecife. You’ll welcome customers, coordinate with partners, and resolve issues to ensure a memorable journey from check-in to departure.

The role requires flexibility for rosters, outdoor work in summer, and readiness to support during disruptions. Training and equipment are provided, with opportunities for growth within Jet2.com & Jet2holidays.

Formación

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Must be solution oriented, friendly and positive, confident and comfortable using digital systems (tablet).
• Right to work documents for Lanzarote required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a warm Jet2holidays welcome and guide them through their airport experience.
• Be a point of contact during disruptions and escalations, handling situations as part of the team.
• Represent Jet2holidays in arrivals and departures, providing transfer and holiday information.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP customer service.
