A leading organization seeks a Resiliency and Personal Development Facilitator to design and lead retreats and workshops centered on personal growth, resilience, and leadership. This role requires excellence in event coordination and facilitation, as well as certifications in key programs. Ideal candidates will be U.S. citizens fluent in English and possess a Master's degree or equivalent military experience.

Formación

• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH.
• At least two years of experience in facilitation, counseling, education, or related role.
• Willingness to obtain certifications within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate retreats including overnight stays.
• Lead a minimum of 32 workshops and training sessions annually.
• Manage event logistics and promote programs.
